I phoned about a missing piece on a printer I was given. I had no idea what this piece on the back was called. So I emailed a picture and the person I talked to said it was a Duplexer. I would have never guessed that. So I didn't even buy anything, but I am not too far from them so now I will use them every chance I get. As in use them to buy stuff not in the bad way, LOL. The piece that is partially separated is the Duplexer.

I visited this shop today as my keyboard wasn't working. They were very professional and helpful and did not feel "sales-pitchy". PCWhoop is the best computer repair company in Edmonton! They fix the hardest repairs with ease and fast service and are affordable. For e.g. they fixed our Macbook butterfly keyboard where every other repair company in Edmonton refused to, some IT guys said throw away the Macbook and just buy a new one. PCWhoop fixed it no problem and it works great. Most companies won't even repair Mac computers, nor order you parts. We even bought a gently used Macbook from them, and it was such a good deal and runs perfectly. I can't say enough good things about PCWhoop. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Thank you PCwhoop, we appreciate you!!

I had a problem where the 13 year old and incredibly Obsolete laptop I was using died. It died right before I could due a backup of very important information such as my passwords and the manuscripts I was working on. I was faced with losing Everything, including losing years of work as an author. A Nightmare that made me feel physically ill. I searched around, reviewed and checked out some places, found PCWhoop and contacted them. Not only was the price Very reasonable (and much lower than I was worried about as my budget offers little room for extras) but they achieved a complete recovery of all my information from the old laptop's HDD. You can easily imagine how relieved and happy that made me!! I am now looking to do a post-purchase upgrade of the RAM on my new laptop, contacted them about it and they got back to me in less than 24 hours. 1; They answered all my questions and gave me the information I need to plan this upgrade into my budget 2; They told me what would be involved regarding the mechanical side of things to do this upgrade and again left me very satisfied and feeling very secure in choosing them for help anytime a computer issue comes up. They're honest. They don't try to baffle you, they speak plain and make things understandable. Their prices are VERY reasonable for the high-calibre service and customer service they maintain!! They have a level of customer service that is--bluntly-speaking--superior to any of their competitors I checked out prior to engaging them for the data recovery. They leave you feeling secure when it comes to addressing computer issues.
