Great service - the staff member took lots of time to both ask questions about what I needed and answer any questions that I had. And great price for the computer that I picked out - will definately go back.

I lost all my files, it was very frustrating for me. I already went to two companies but they said we can't help you. Pcwhoob worked best for me. They recovered all my data completely and quickly. Customer service was excellent, Ali in particular was very professional and supportive.

I was struggling all day to find a specific screw to finish a repair on my drone, Dan helped me out by taking time to find me a suitable one. Amazing customer service here and will be coming back for any computer repairs I need.

The manager was very nice and very informative. He open up my 2017 Mac Book Pro to see if he could upgrade my memory but unfortunately he couldn't because Apple is dumb like that. But he blew it out with compressed air and told me it was free of charge. That was very nice of him, I'll definitely stop by if I actually have an issue they can fix.

PC Whoop staff are awesome. They are knowledgeable, efficient and their service is of stellar quality. Simple diagnostics of my computer was done and issues of it running slow and always freezing were fixed. They also have good quality laptops and desktops and I know where to go now if I need fixing of my computers in the future. Highly recommended.

What a great, local store! Also, environmentally friendly to repair your laptop or purchase a secondhand one. The man who helped me gave me options for what to do with pros and cons. He obviously knew quite a bit about computers, and helped me choose the best option for me.

Now that this place is under a new management, the service has improved. The prices are affordable. I brought my laptop in for a repair the other day, and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently, they explained to me what was to be done and what I had to expect, and informed me approximately when my laptop would be ready. The whole process was smooth and fast.

Really happy. There seems to be a computer repair shop on most corners, but I heard from two people to "make the trip to PCwhoop", and I wasn't disappointed. They actually fixed me up while I waited and I couldn't believe how reasonable the price was. Knowledgeable service with a smile. Can you ask for anything more?

I had a PC issue (CPU Overheating) and needed it solved fast. I called Memory Express and their fee to JUST open and diagnose was $165. I was happily greeted by Mahdi who was absolutely outstanding in his customer service, computer knowledge and overall demeanor. Not only did he find the fix for my PC, it was MUCH cheaper than other computer stores. Mom and Pop shops are definitely the way, they treated me very kindly and got my PC fixed FAST. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED

PC Whoop Electronics is fabulous! I bought a computer there on the weekend and the staff was so helpful and the price was so good. I had a few difficulties with the set-up in my studio so Saeed went out of his way solve the problems and now everything is working perfectly. Thank you PC WHOOP!!

PCWhoop is the best computer repair company in Edmonton! They fix the hardest repairs with ease and fast service and are affordable. For e.g. they fixed our Macbook butterfly keyboard where every other repair company in Edmonton refused to, some IT guys said throw away the Macbook and just buy a new one. PCWhoop fixed it no problem and it works great. Most companies won't even repair Mac computers, nor order you parts. We even bought a gently used Macbook from them, and it was such a good deal and runs perfectly. I can't say enough good things about PCWhoop. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Thank you PCwhoop, we appreciate you!!

They were very kind and accommodating when my laptop broke mid-semester. They even tried to give me an interim computer so I could study for my midterms while it was being repaired. They completed the work as quickly as they could for a reasonable price. I would definitely go back here!

Fast and affordable service! Patrick was very thorough and elaborated well on the procedures we needed to get my laptop fixed. You do half the payment before the labour and the other half when the service is done. Patrick was super chill and kind! Probably going to be my go to person now for any computer repairs.
