Now that this place is under a new management, the service has improved. The prices are affordable. I brought my laptop in for a repair the other day, and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently, they explained to me what was to be done and what I had to expect, and informed me approximately when my laptop would be ready. The whole process was smooth and fast.

Troubleshooting and diagnosis on my high end gaming desktop, found the problem quickly. Diagnosis is 55 dollars, if you choose to have them repair it, that 55 dollars is credited to the account. Repair was much cheaper than expected. They also had a USB to SD card adapter that I was having a hard time finding. Highly recommended, they don't jerk you around and fix whatever the issue is.

I have used their services a couple of times over a number of years since pre-pandemic time. All services I have had were related to laptop hardware, such as battery replacement. The services were always meeting or exceeding expectations and with very reasonable price. They can order parts on your behalf or you can bring parts in and have they install/replace it.
