I have used their services a couple of times over a number of years since pre-pandemic time. All services I have had were related to laptop hardware, such as battery replacement. The services were always meeting or exceeding expectations and with very reasonable price. They can order parts on your behalf or you can bring parts in and have they install/replace it. I phoned about a missing piece on a printer I was given. I had no idea what this piece on the back was called. So I emailed a picture and the person I talked to said it was a Duplexer. I would have never guessed that. So I didn't even buy anything, but I am not too far from them so now I will use them every chance I get. As in use them to buy stuff not in the bad way, LOL. The piece that is partially separated is the Duplexer.

I was so happy with their service!!! I had a major repair needed for my laptop and I needed it quickly. Most places were telling me that I would need to wait 10 days and ship my laptop across the country. I stopped into PCwhoop on my way to work at 10am, no appointment. Just showed them my destroyed laptop and hoped for the best. They explained the issue, gave me some options, and by 4pm the same day, my laptop was fixed and ready to go!
