Now that this place is under a new management, the service has improved. The prices are affordable. I brought my laptop in for a repair the other day, and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently, they explained to me what was to be done and what I had to expect, and informed me approximately when my laptop would be ready. The whole process was smooth and fast.

I have a new computer goto. The service by all here was exceptional. Danial the tech person I spoke to was very helpful and understanding. He had all the answers and made us feel confident in all he suggested. I'd give them 10 stars if I were able.

Excellent service. Accidentally spilled soup on Macbook Air and it went into the internal components, as it was dripping out of the power port. Immediately took to PCwhoop and they were able to fix/clean the laptop for $385 total. A new keyboard was required but otherwise the computer works perfectly.

My laptop lost power and I would like to have it fixed right away. Initially, Ali said it would cost $55 to open it and see if it can be fixed without leaving the computer overnight. I agreed. Ali opened it and found out it was an easy fix and then said he would charge me only $20. What a surprise? Ali is an honest person. So, I will definitely go back when I need help on my computers!

I needed a simple repair done on my work laptop. I called multiple businesses and was given outrageous quotes and prices. Amazing service! Super fast and resonably priced. I was told by best buy it would take up to a month to get my laptop fixed and instead took it to PCwhoop and had my laptop back by the next day! This is the only place i will take my laptop for any kind of repairs!
