Simple diagnostics of my computer was done and issues of it running slow and always freezing were fixed. I have used their services a couple of times over a number of years since pre-pandemic time. All services I have had were related to laptop hardware, such as battery replacement. The services were always meeting or exceeding expectations and with very reasonable price. They can order parts on your behalf or you can bring parts in and have they install/replace it. My laptop lost power and I would like to have it fixed right away. Initially, Ali said it would cost $55 to open it and see if it can be fixed without leaving the computer overnight. I agreed. Ali opened it and found out it was an easy fix and then said he would charge me only $20. What a surprise? Ali is an honest person. So, I will definitely go back when I need help on my computers!

I was so happy with their service!!! I had a major repair needed for my laptop and I needed it quickly. Most places were telling me that I would need to wait 10 days and ship my laptop across the country. I stopped into PCwhoop on my way to work at 10am, no appointment. Just showed them my destroyed laptop and hoped for the best. They explained the issue, gave me some options, and by 4pm the same day, my laptop was fixed and ready to go! Price was very reasonable and exactly what the quoted. Overall, so happy I stopped in. I would definitely go there again!

Was able to drop off my system and pickup the next day! I requested a laptop cleaning and to fix a potentially broken (very loud) laptop fan. PCwhoop was able to diagnose and repair the fan without needing any new parts; saving time (would have otherwise had to wait for this special part unique to the laptop) and money. The tech also gave the system a thorough cleaning/dusting; even removed the CPU/GPU heatsink then applying a fresh layer of thermal paste to both chips.
