I was so happy with their service!!! I had a major repair needed for my laptop and I needed it quickly. Most places were telling me that I would need to wait 10 days and ship my laptop across the country. I stopped into PCwhoop on my way to work at 10am, no appointment. Just showed them my destroyed laptop and hoped for the best. They explained the issue, gave me some options, and by 4pm the same day, my laptop was fixed and ready to go! Price was very reasonable and exactly what the quoted. Overall, so happy I stopped in. I would definitely go there again!

They were able to successfully recover my data on my 2TB hard drive. They charge $150 if they can recover data with basic equipment, and if that doesn’t work, they use advanced machines, which costs $450. You only get charged if the data is actually recovered. I’m happy to have my data back, but the whole process took about a month, which felt like a long wait.

I lost all my files, it was very frustrating for me. I already went to two companies but they said we can't help you. Pcwhoob worked best for me. They recovered all my data completely and quickly. Customer service was excellent, Ali in particular was very professional and supportive.

Excellent service. Accidentally spilled soup on Macbook Air and it went into the internal components, as it was dripping out of the power port. Immediately took to PCwhoop and they were able to fix/clean the laptop for $385 total. A new keyboard was required but otherwise the computer works perfectly.

I am very satisficed with PCwhoop service. They replaced a battery in Microsoft laptop. The job was done very fast, staff is very friendly and polite. I would recommend their service to anyone.

I recently had an issue with my laptop where the display light was so dim that I could barely see anything on the screen. After reaching out to several places, I was told there was nothing that could be done. However, when I took it to PCwhoop, they were able to repair the motherboard in just two days at a very reasonable price. The service was amazing, and I highly recommend them for any laptop repairs!

Fast and affordable service! Patrick was very thorough and elaborated well on the procedures we needed to get my laptop fixed. You do half the payment before the labour and the other half when the service is done. Patrick was super chill and kind! Probably going to be my go to person now for any computer repairs.

10/10 service! These guys know what they’re doing! I brought in a late model (90’s) pc we picked up at an estate sale. PC Whoop was able to clean it up, add a hard drive and return it to me within days! The owner is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond! I had a PC issue (CPU Overheating) and needed it solved fast. I called Memory Express and their fee to JUST open and diagnose was $165. I was happily greeted by Mahdi who was absolutely outstanding in his customer service, computer knowledge and overall demeanor. Not only did he find the fix for my PC, it was MUCH cheaper than other computer stores. Mom and Pop shops are definitely the way, they treated me very kindly and got my PC fixed FAST. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED

They did a great job on my water damage on laptop, the staff was friendly and very communicated. They also have an app that allows you to see the status of your laptop which they keep updated. The price was way cheaper than I thought it was going to be, would recommend.
