A couple of weeks ago, I visited PCWhoop, and I was very pleased with the excellent customer service and fair prices. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. It was important to them that I was satisfied with my purchase.

I phoned about a missing piece on a printer I was given. I had no idea what this piece on the back was called. So I emailed a picture and the person I talked to said it was a Duplexer. I would have never guessed that. So I didn't even buy anything, but I am not too far from them so now I will use them every chance I get. As in use them to buy stuff not in the bad way, LOL. The piece that is partially separated is the Duplexer.

I had a samsung laptop and every main store I went to said they would not even touch it. Thankfully this guy was able to fix it saved me a lot of money and trouble. Super friendly and is definitely worth checking out if you have decided needing repair.

I needed a simple repair done on my work laptop. I called multiple businesses and was given outrageous quotes and prices. I was even told that I had to buy extra parts and provide my own parts for the repair. I called PCwhoop. I had a problem where the 13 year old and incredibly Obsolete laptop I was using died. It died right before I could due a backup of very important information such as my passwords and the manuscripts I was working on. I was faced with losing Everything, including losing years of work as an author. A Nightmare that made me feel physically ill.
