Really happy. There seems to be a computer repair shop on most corners, but I heard from two people to "make the trip to PCwhoop", and I wasn't disappointed. Lovely to deal with and super friendly. I came in with a printer that I bought online…and helped me to sort out issue…at no charge. Very kind. The printer was bought online with no software available anymore…and thought it was just me doing something wrong…but spent the time to help me diagnose and return to person I bought from. UPDATE: My MacBook key needed two keys replaced, as I am a writer, and kill my keys easily. I went to Mac store and told it would be a $1000, and better to trade in my beloved Mac. I went to PC Whoop and for $150 was able to keep my Mac...and not shell out for a new computer...or take a loss...as still lots of life in the Mac. This is my back up laptop, and not having to pay for a new backup was such a relief, as I cannot be without computer.

They did a great job on my water damage on laptop, the staff was friendly and very communicated. They also have an app that allows you to see the status of your laptop which they keep updated. The price was way cheaper than I thought it was going to be, would recommend.

Troubleshooting and diagnosis on my high end gaming desktop, found the problem quickly. Diagnosis is 55 dollars, if you choose to have them repair it, that 55 dollars is credited to the account. Repair was much cheaper than expected. They also had a USB to SD card adapter that I was having a hard time finding. Highly recommended, they don't jerk you around and fix whatever the issue is.

Was able to diagnose and fix my laptop's fan issue. Already had the part in stock so he was able to repair it in less than 24 hours for about $140. Good customer service, would come back in the future.

Earlier this week my computer quit. Dead. No power. I use my computer for all my business and personal stuff and for our classic rock and country band Crossroads that is based out of Red Deer. I need it every day dealing with clients and gigs. Anyhow, my husband was going to Edmonton in the morning and so went online and found a computer repair place in Edmonton. PCWhoop! He went there the next day, dropped it off and they gave him an idea right away what was wrong. When he was back in Edmonton the next day he was able to pick it up fully repaired. I am more than impressed. The last place I took my computer for repair it sat on the bench for 3 days before they could even start to look at it and then several more days to get it repaired. This has always been the norm in Red Deer for computer repair; slow and frustrating. I am so happy and so impressed with PCWhoop. I took my Mac laptop into them today and thought I would need a new mother board because that is what apple told me. Well they were wrong the guy looked at it held some buttons down, I think he reset it and it works just like before. I will continue to take any issues I have back to them they are good.

I had a problem where the 13 year old and incredibly Obsolete laptop I was using died. It died right before I could due a backup of very important information such as my passwords and the manuscripts I was working on. I was faced with losing Everything, including losing years of work as an author. A Nightmare that made me feel physically ill. I had a PC issue (CPU Overheating) and needed it solved fast. I called Memory Express and their fee to JUST open and diagnose was $165. I was happily greeted by Mahdi who was absolutely outstanding in his customer service, computer knowledge and overall demeanor. Not only did he find the fix for my PC, it was MUCH cheaper than other computer stores. Mom and Pop shops are definitely the way, they treated me very kindly and got my PC fixed FAST.
