Earlier this week my computer quit. Dead. No power. I use my computer for all my business and personal stuff and for our classic rock and country band Crossroads that is based out of Red Deer. My laptop lost power and I would like to have it fixed right away. Initially, Ali said it would cost $55 to open it and see if it can be fixed without leaving the computer overnight. I agreed. Ali opened it and found out it was an easy fix and then said he would charge me only $20. What a surprise? Ali is an honest person. So, I will definitely go back when I need help on my computers!

Lovely to deal with and super friendly. I came in with a printer that I bought online…and helped me to sort out issue…at no charge. Very kind. The printer was bought online with no software available anymore…and thought it was just me doing something wrong…but spent the time to help me diagnose and return to person I bought from.

They were able to successfully recover my data on my 2TB hard drive. They charge $150 if they can recover data with basic equipment, and if that doesn’t work, they use advanced machines, which costs $450. You only get charged if the data is actually recovered. I’m happy to have my data back, but the whole process took about a month, which felt like a long wait.

I went here to have my laptop diagnosed and find the culprit of the no post black screen and they did not disappoint! It was around 65 CAD for them to have a look inside my laptop. They called me back in two business days and found the culprit, which was a broken RAM chip. They offered me to replace the laptop's motherboard considering the RAM chip was soldered to it but I declined. They're really friendly and they know what they're doing! If you don't have the tools, experience, or time to fix your computer, this is your first stop!
