This place is great. Fast, Friendly, Affordable. We had a HP Oman PC with a burnt out power supply. They diagnosed it, replaced it and had us pick it up fixed within 24 hours. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My laptop lost power and I would like to have it fixed right away. Initially, Ali said it would cost $55 to open it and see if it can be fixed without leaving the computer overnight. I agreed. Ali opened it and found out it was an easy fix and then said he would charge me only $20. What a surprise? Ali is an honest person. So, I will definitely go back when I need help on my computers!

I needed a simple repair done on my work laptop. I called multiple businesses and was given outrageous quotes and prices. Great shop. I walked in half expecting a dingy old dark store with some music elitist behind the desk ready scoff at the handful of records I brought in for trade, but I got exactly the opposite. Super clean, bright, shop with a beyond nice owner working the desk. Gave me a more than fair price for my records while I snooped around. PCwhoop are life savers. I accidentally drenched my Macbook Pro in water and within 24 hours they had my dead laptop up and working again. PCwhoop went above and beyond to get my laptop fixed and I would recommend anyone needing any repairs to make PCwhoop your first stop!

They were able to successfully recover my data on my 2TB hard drive. They charge $150 if they can recover data with basic equipment, and if that doesn’t work, they use advanced machines, which costs $450. You only get charged if the data is actually recovered. I’m happy to have my data back, but the whole process took about a month, which felt like a long wait.

Very good and fast service. Thought I would have to order the parts for my repair on eBay. Other repair companies I reached out to gave me a time lead of 1week plus. Pcwhoops was however able to help me complete my repair within 2 days.

Was able to drop off my system and pickup the next day! I requested a laptop cleaning and to fix a potentially broken (very loud) laptop fan. PCwhoop was able to diagnose and repair the fan without needing any new parts; saving time (would have otherwise had to wait for this special part unique to the laptop) and money. The tech also gave the system a thorough cleaning/dusting; even removed the CPU/GPU heatsink then applying a fresh layer of thermal paste to both chips. I had a problem where the 13 year old and incredibly Obsolete laptop I was using died.
