Earlier this week my computer quit. Dead. No power. I use my computer for all my business and personal stuff and for our classic rock and country band Crossroads that is based out of Red Deer. I need it every day dealing with clients and gigs. Anyhow, my husband was going to Edmonton in the morning and so went online and found a computer repair place in Edmonton. PCWhoop! He went there the next day, dropped it off and they gave him an idea right away what was wrong. When he was back in Edmonton the next day he was able to pick it up fully repaired. I am more than impressed. The last place I took my computer for repair it sat on the bench for 3 days before they could even start to look at it and then several more days to get it repaired. This has always been the norm in Red Deer for computer repair; slow and frustrating. I am so happy and so impressed with PCWhoop. My computer, which I used well without any problems, suddenly couldn't boot up, so I left it for repair at 9:30 a.m. the next morning, and I got a call that afternoon and was able to come back. They were professional and quick to identify and solve the problem. Thank you.

Was able to diagnose and fix my laptop's fan issue. Already had the part in stock so he was able to repair it in less than 24 hours for about $140. Good customer service, would come back in the future.

These guys soldered some new capacitors onto my washing machine CCU board. Very quick, timely and cost effective! If you do not trust your own soldering skills, bring your board to these guys!

Lovely to deal with and super friendly. I came in with a printer that I bought online…and helped me to sort out issue…at no charge. Very kind. The printer was bought online with no software available anymore…and thought it was just me doing something wrong…but spent the time to help me diagnose and return to person I bought from. UPDATE: My MacBook key needed two keys replaced, as I am a writer, and kill my keys easily. I went to Mac store and told it would be a $1000, and better to trade in my beloved Mac. I went to PC Whoop and for $150 was able to keep my Mac...and not shell out for a new computer...or take a loss...as still lots of life in the Mac. This is my back up laptop, and not having to pay for a new backup was such a relief, as I cannot be without computer.

My laptop stopped connecting to the internet and it could not detect any external device either. I was panicked as I did not have backups of my recent work. So, I brought the laptop to PCwhoop. They fixed the issue and saved all my work. Amazing service.

Really happy. There seems to be a computer repair shop on most corners, but I heard from two people to "make the trip to PCwhoop", and I wasn't disappointed. Very good and fast service. Thought I would have to order the parts for my repair on eBay. Other repair companies I reached out to gave me a time lead of 1week plus. Pcwhoops was however able to help me complete my repair within 2 days.

I took my Mac laptop into them today and thought I would need a new mother board because that is what apple told me. Well they were wrong the guy looked at it held some buttons down, I think he reset it and it works just like before. I will continue to take any issues I have back to them they are good.

Brought my laptop to repair the dc jack and they turned it around in under 4 hours. Great price, excellent service. Highly recommend.

PCWhoop is the best computer repair company in Edmonton! They fix the hardest repairs with ease and fast service and are affordable. For e.g. they fixed our Macbook butterfly keyboard where every other repair company in Edmonton refused to, some IT guys said throw away the Macbook and just buy a new one. PCWhoop fixed it no problem and it works great. Most companies won't even repair Mac computers, nor order you parts. We even bought a gently used Macbook from them, and it was such a good deal and runs perfectly. I can't say enough good things about PCWhoop. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
