Excellent service. Accidentally spilled soup on Macbook Air and it went into the internal components, as it was dripping out of the power port. Immediately took to PCwhoop and they were able to fix/clean the laptop for $385 total. A new keyboard was required but otherwise the computer works perfectly.

They fixed my office PC that I also use for IRACING, which another computer repair shop said the motherboard was fried. Highly recommend.

The best place in Alberta to buy replacement parts, as well as offering other electronic devices such as cell phones, laptops, support services, among others. All started couple months ago when I came in for a laptop cleaning up on my hp spectre 15. Brought it in for servicing, received it back as they discovered that my battery has inflated and was too dangerous to return, as well as a speaker had blown. Ordered a new battery through them, Brayden who worked there advised and kept me in the know at all steps of the process, including procurement, servicing, and costs. Ended up paying a reasonable amount for battery and install, and it was all smoothly completed within a 1 month time frame (even with bad shipping times nowadays). Hats off to Brayden at PCwhoop, will be coming back soon to inquire a custom PC build 🙂

I have used their services a couple of times over a number of years since pre-pandemic time. All services I have had were related to laptop hardware, such as battery replacement. The services were always meeting or exceeding expectations and with very reasonable price. They can order parts on your behalf or you can bring parts in and have they install/replace it. Everyone work there I met is friendly and professional. Will definitely go back. Highly recommended.

They were very kind and accommodating when my laptop broke mid-semester. They even tried to give me an interim computer so I could study for my midterms while it was being repaired. They completed the work as quickly as they could for a reasonable price. I would definitely go back here!

I recently had an issue with my laptop where the display light was so dim that I could barely see anything on the screen. After reaching out to several places, I was told there was nothing that could be done. However, when I took it to PCwhoop, they were able to repair the motherboard in just two days at a very reasonable price. The service was amazing, and I highly recommend them for any laptop repairs!

Great shop. I walked in half expecting a dingy old dark store with some music elitist behind the desk ready scoff at the handful of records I brought in for trade, but I got exactly the opposite. Super clean, bright, shop with a beyond nice owner working the desk. Gave me a more than fair price for my records while I snooped around. I'll definitely be back when I want to start collecting again!

They were able to successfully recover my data on my 2TB hard drive. They charge $150 if they can recover data with basic equipment, and if that doesn’t work, they use advanced machines, which costs $450. You only get charged if the data is actually recovered. I’m happy to have my data back, but the whole process took about a month, which felt like a long wait.
