Most places were telling me that I would need to wait 10 days and ship my laptop across the country. I stopped into PCwhoop on my way to work at 10am, no appointment. Just showed them my destroyed laptop and hoped for the best. They explained the issue, gave me some options, and by 4pm the same day, my laptop was fixed and ready to go! Price was very reasonable and exactly what the quoted. Overall, so happy I stopped in. I would definitely go there again!

They did a great job on my water damage on laptop, the staff was friendly and very communicated. They also have an app that allows you to see the status of your laptop which they keep updated. The price was way cheaper than I thought it was going to be, would recommend.

They were able to successfully recover my data on my 2TB hard drive. They charge $150 if they can recover data with basic equipment, and if that doesn’t work, they use advanced machines, which costs $450. You only get charged if the data is actually recovered. I’m happy to have my data back, but the whole process took about a month, which felt like a long wait.

PC Whoop staff are awesome. They are knowledgeable, efficient and their service is of stellar quality. Simple diagnostics of my computer was done and issues of it running slow and always freezing were fixed. They also have good quality laptops and desktops and I know where to go now if I need fixing of my computers in the future. Highly recommended.

Now that this place is under a new management, the service has improved. The prices are affordable. I brought my laptop in for a repair the other day, and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently, they explained to me what was to be done and what I had to expect, and informed me approximately when my laptop would be ready. I recently had an issue with my laptop where the display light was so dim that I could barely see anything on the screen. After reaching out to several places, I was told there was nothing that could be done. However, when I took it to PCwhoop, they were able to repair the motherboard in just two days at a very reasonable price. The service was amazing, and I highly recommend them for any laptop repairs!

I went here to have my laptop diagnosed and find the culprit of the no post black screen and they did not disappoint! It was around 65 CAD for them to have a look inside my laptop. They called me back in two business days and found the culprit, which was a broken RAM chip. They offered me to replace the laptop's motherboard considering the RAM chip was soldered to it but I declined. They're really friendly and they know what they're doing! If you don't have the tools, experience, or time to fix your computer, this is your first stop!
