Really happy. There seems to be a computer repair shop on most corners, but I heard from two people to "make the trip to PCwhoop", and I wasn't disappointed. They actually fixed me up while I waited and I couldn't believe how reasonable the price was. Knowledgeable service with a smile. Can you ask for anything more?

What a great, local store! Also, environmentally friendly to repair your laptop or purchase a secondhand one. The man who helped me gave me options for what to do with pros and cons. He obviously knew quite a bit about computers, and helped me choose the best option for me.

They did a great job on my water damage on laptop, the staff was friendly and very communicated. They also have an app that allows you to see the status of your laptop which they keep updated. The price was way cheaper than I thought it was going to be, would recommend.

PCWhoop is the best computer repair company in Edmonton! They fix the hardest repairs with ease and fast service and are affordable. For e.g. they fixed our Macbook butterfly keyboard where every other repair company in Edmonton refused to, some IT guys said throw away the Macbook and just buy a new one. PCWhoop fixed it no problem and it works great. Most companies won't even repair Mac computers, nor order you parts. We even bought a gently used Macbook from them, and it was such a good deal and runs perfectly. I can't say enough good things about PCWhoop. I wouldn't trust anyone else. They were able to successfully recover my data on my 2TB hard drive. They charge $150 if they can recover data with basic equipment, and if that doesn’t work, they use advanced machines, which costs $450. You only get charged if the data is actually recovered. I’m happy to have my data back, but the whole process took about a month, which felt like a long wait.

I had a problem where the 13 year old and incredibly Obsolete laptop I was using died. It died right before I could due a backup of very important information such as my passwords and the manuscripts I was working on. I was faced with losing Everything, including losing years of work as an author. A Nightmare that made me feel physically ill. Not only was the price Very reasonable (and much lower than I was worried about as my budget offers little room for extras) but they achieved a complete recovery of all my information from the old laptop's HDD. This place is great. Fast, Friendly, Affordable. We had a HP Oman PC with a burnt out power supply. They diagnosed it, replaced it and had us pick it up fixed within 24 hours. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The manager was very nice and very informative. He open up my 2017 Mac Book Pro to see if he could upgrade my memory but unfortunately he couldn't because Apple is dumb like that. But he blew it out with compressed air and told me it was free of charge. That was very nice of him, I'll definitely stop by if I actually have an issue they can fix.
