They did a great job on my water damage on laptop, the staff was friendly and very communicated. They also have an app that allows you to see the status of your laptop which they keep updated. The price was way cheaper than I thought it was going to be, would recommend.

They were able to successfully recover my data on my 2TB hard drive. They charge $150 if they can recover data with basic equipment, and if that doesn’t work, they use advanced machines, which costs $450. You only get charged if the data is actually recovered. I’m happy to have my data back, but the whole process took about a month, which felt like a long wait.

My laptop lost power and I would like to have it fixed right away. Initially, Ali said it would cost $55 to open it and see if it can be fixed without leaving the computer overnight. I agreed. Ali opened it and found out it was an easy fix and then said he would charge me only $20. What a surprise? Ali is an honest person. So, I will definitely go back when I need help on my computers!

The services were always meeting or exceeding expectations and with very reasonable price. They can order parts on your behalf or you can bring parts in and have they install/replace it. I had a PC issue (CPU Overheating) and needed it solved fast. I called Memory Express and their fee to JUST open and diagnose was $165. I was happily greeted by Mahdi who was absolutely outstanding in his customer service, computer knowledge and overall demeanor. Not only did he find the fix for my PC, it was MUCH cheaper than other computer stores. Mom and Pop shops are definitely the way, they treated me very kindly and got my PC fixed FAST.
