Fast and affordable service! Patrick was very thorough and elaborated well on the procedures we needed to get my laptop fixed. I visited this shop today as my keyboard wasn't working. They were very professional and helpful and did not feel "sales-pitchy". I have used their services a couple of times over a number of years since pre-pandemic time. All services I have had were related to laptop hardware, such as battery replacement. The services were always meeting or exceeding expectations and with very reasonable price. They can order parts on your behalf or you can bring parts in and have they install/replace it. Everyone work there I met is friendly and professional. Will definitely go back. Highly recommended.

Computer is currently waiting on parts and in their possession. But as of now they have been communicating regularly with info and status of where its at. Unfortantly the type of screen my lap top required had to come from across seas and will be a while in this current situation we are in. Again they have been very informative on progress and what is going on.

I phoned about a missing piece on a printer I was given. I had no idea what this piece on the back was called. So I emailed a picture and the person I talked to said it was a Duplexer. I would have never guessed that. So I didn't even buy anything, but I am not too far from them so now I will use them every chance I get. As in use them to buy stuff not in the bad way, LOL. The piece that is partially separated is the Duplexer.

I needed a simple repair done on my work laptop. I called multiple businesses and was given outrageous quotes and prices. I was even told that I had to buy extra parts and provide my own parts for the repair. I called PCwhoop. They were able to do the repair (without me having to order parts prior to taking it in) also, the turnaround time was phenomenal; far less then any other place I called previously. Professional staff, polite customer service and their price was exactly what I could afford. If you need repairs; consider taking your computer or laptop to PCwhoop. They helped me get back to work, ASAP with a low-cost and friendly repair.

Troubleshooting and diagnosis on my high end gaming desktop, found the problem quickly. Diagnosis is 55 dollars, if you choose to have them repair it, that 55 dollars is credited to the account. Repair was much cheaper than expected. They also had a USB to SD card adapter that I was having a hard time finding. Highly recommended, they don't jerk you around and fix whatever the issue is.

He has the knowledge and experience to solve issues in regards to laptops and PCs. I got him to replace a broken screen on my laptop he did it with a time frame of my satisfaction, I recommend this shop for any of your PC related problems. Their prices are affordable. The manager was very nice and very informative. He open up my 2017 Mac Book Pro to see if he could upgrade my memory but unfortunately he couldn't because Apple is dumb like that. But he blew it out with compressed air and told me it was free of charge. That was very nice of him, I'll definitely stop by if I actually have an issue they can fix.

I recently had an issue with my laptop where the display light was so dim that I could barely see anything on the screen. After reaching out to several places, I was told there was nothing that could be done.
