My laptop stopped connecting to the internet and it could not detect any external device either. I was panicked as I did not have backups of my recent work. So, I brought the laptop to PCwhoop. They fixed the issue and saved all my work. Amazing service.

Computer is currently waiting on parts and in their possession. But as of now they have been communicating regularly with info and status of where its at. Unfortantly the type of screen my lap top required had to come from across seas and will be a while in this current situation we are in. Again they have been very informative on progress and what is going on.

All started couple months ago when I came in for a laptop cleaning up on my hp spectre 15. Brought it in for servicing, received it back as they discovered that my battery has inflated and was too dangerous to return, as well as a speaker had blown. Ordered a new battery through them, Brayden who worked there advised and kept me in the know at all steps of the process, including procurement, servicing, and costs. Ended up paying a reasonable amount for battery and install, and it was all smoothly completed within a 1 month time frame (even with bad shipping times nowadays). Hats off to Brayden at PCwhoop, will be coming back soon to inquire a custom PC build 🙂

Brought my laptop in after it flew off my laptop stand onto the floor. They took a bit to diagnosis it but at the end they were able to find the issue and fixed it. Price was very reasonable. Saved me tons repairing it rather than replacing it!

Simple diagnostics of my computer was done and issues of it running slow and always freezing were fixed. Was able to diagnose and fix my laptop's fan issue. Already had the part in stock so he was able to repair it in less than 24 hours for about $140. Good customer service, would come back in the future.

Earlier this week my computer quit. Dead. No power. I use my computer for all my business and personal stuff and for our classic rock and country band Crossroads that is based out of Red Deer. I need it every day dealing with clients and gigs. Anyhow, my husband was going to Edmonton in the morning and so went online and found a computer repair place in Edmonton. PCWhoop! He went there the next day, dropped it off and they gave him an idea right away what was wrong. When he was back in Edmonton the next day he was able to pick it up fully repaired. I am more than impressed. The last place I took my computer for repair it sat on the bench for 3 days before they could even start to look at it and then several more days to get it repaired. This has always been the norm in Red Deer for computer repair; slow and frustrating. I am so happy and so impressed with PCWhoop. I have a new computer goto. The service by all here was exceptional. Danial the tech person I spoke to was very helpful and understanding. He had all the answers and made us feel confident in all he suggested. I'd give them 10 stars if I were able.

The manager was very nice and very informative. He open up my 2017 Mac Book Pro to see if he could upgrade my memory but unfortunately he couldn't because Apple is dumb like that. But he blew it out with compressed air and told me it was free of charge. That was very nice of him, I'll definitely stop by if I actually have an issue they can fix.
