I visited this shop today as my keyboard wasn't working. They were very professional and helpful and did not feel "sales-pitchy". I did not end up leaving my laptop to get fixed this time, but I definitely will be back if I need repairs next time. They felt like people I could trust! Thanks for your help today!

  They did a great job on my water damage on laptop, the staff was friendly and very communicated. They also have an app that allows you to see the status of your laptop which they keep updated. The price was way cheaper than I thought it was going to be, would recommend.

  A couple of weeks ago, I visited PCWhoop, and I was very pleased with the excellent customer service and fair prices. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. It was important to them that I was satisfied with my purchase.

  These guys soldered some new capacitors onto my washing machine CCU board. Very quick, timely and cost effective! If you do not trust your own soldering skills, bring your board to these guys!

  Fast and affordable service! Patrick was very thorough and elaborated well on the procedures we needed to get my laptop fixed. You do half the payment before the labour and the other half when the service is done. Patrick was super chill and kind! Probably going to be my go to person now for any computer repairs.

Simple diagnostics of my computer was done and issues of it running slow and always freezing were fixed.   I phoned about a missing piece on a printer I was given. I had no idea what this piece on the back was called. So I emailed a picture and the person I talked to said it was a Duplexer. I would have never guessed that. So I didn't even buy anything, but I am not too far from them so now I will use them every chance I get. As in use them to buy stuff not in the bad way, LOL. The piece that is partially separated is the Duplexer.

  I took my Mac laptop into them today and thought I would need a new mother board because that is what apple told me. Well they were wrong the guy looked at it held some buttons down, I think he reset it and it works just like before. I will continue to take any issues I have back to them they are good.
