  I phoned about a missing piece on a printer I was given. I had no idea what this piece on the back was called. So I emailed a picture and the person I talked to said it was a Duplexer. I would have never guessed that. So I didn't even buy anything, but I am not too far from them so now I will use them every chance I get. As in use them to buy stuff not in the bad way, LOL. The piece that is partially separated is the Duplexer.

  Was able to diagnose and fix my laptop's fan issue. Already had the part in stock so he was able to repair it in less than 24 hours for about $140. Good customer service, would come back in the future.

  I have used their services a couple of times over a number of years since pre-pandemic time. All services I have had were related to laptop hardware, such as battery replacement. The services were always meeting or exceeding expectations and with very reasonable price. They can order parts on your behalf or you can bring parts in and have they install/replace it. Everyone work there I met is friendly and professional. Will definitely go back. Highly recommended.

  Great shop. I walked in half expecting a dingy old dark store with some music elitist behind the desk ready scoff at the handful of records I brought in for trade, but I got exactly the opposite. Super clean, bright, shop with a beyond nice owner working the desk. Gave me a more than fair price for my records while I snooped around.   My laptop stopped connecting to the internet and it could not detect any external device either. I was panicked as I did not have backups of my recent work. So, I brought the laptop to PCwhoop. They fixed the issue and saved all my work. Amazing service.

  I took my Mac laptop into them today and thought I would need a new mother board because that is what apple told me. Well they were wrong the guy looked at it held some buttons down, I think he reset it and it works just like before. I will continue to take any issues I have back to them they are good.

  Computer is currently waiting on parts and in their possession. But as of now they have been communicating regularly with info and status of where its at. Unfortantly the type of screen my lap top required had to come from across seas and will be a while in this current situation we are in. Again they have been very informative on progress and what is going on.
